As an important equipment of acid fume cleaning system, the condenser works for reducing the temperature and concentration of acid fume by cooling the corrosive medium flowing in the shell side pass in a circulation way. The cooling medium flows inside the tube bundle to effect heat exchange with the medium flowing in the condenser shell side passes through the surface of the tube bundle to make the latter cooled. After cooling, the condensate returns to the storage tank; such sequences repeat continuously until the high-temperature medium is cooled down to the temperature required by the production process. It features large heat exchanging area, high heat exchanging efficiency, diversified sizes, no scaling, no-medium pollution, toxicity free, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, compact structure, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, etc. Acid fume condenser is widely used for the condensing applications in the chemical production process.
