The spray header is an important device to rinse the strip steel surface residues (rolling oil, iron powder and other loose impurities, etc.) of the steel cold rolling treatment unit. Several groups of spray headers are arranged on the tank body of the process section. It is mainly composed of the tank body, nozzle, connector, etc. Normally, several solid cone nozzles or fan nozzles are designed along the length direction on each spray header to rinse and degrease the strip steel surface with different widths to ensure strip steel surface quality as required. It stands out for pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, anti-aging, uniform spray and easy replacement. It is widely used for degreasing and cleaning the strip steel surface of pickling, continuous annealing, galvanizing, degreasing and other strip steel processing units.
