Functioning as a rotary sensor, the incremental encoder converts the rotation displacement signals into a series of digital pulse signals to indicate the equipment displacement result. It is characterized by good resistance to mechanical damage, capable of bearing high axial and radial loads and outputting signals in different modes to adapt to various upper level computers. There are shaft type and shaft sleeve type istallation forms. It also has advantages of compact design, adequate shock proof, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability performance. It is widely used to measure speed, rotation direction, moving angle or relative distance in automatic measurement and control fields such as walking machinery, CNC machine tools and servo motors.
