Features
Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the inductive sensor converts the measured non-electrical signals to the variables of self-inductance or mutual inductance coefficients of the coil, which are then converted to the voltage or current variable output by the measurement circuit. It is mainly used for sensing the displacement and the mechanical variables (such as tension, pressure, flow, liquid level, vibration, etc.) which can be converted to the displacement variables. It features simple design, high sensitivity and resolution, good repeatability and linearity, fast dynamic response, easy for non-contact measurement, reliable and stable sensing performance. The inductive sensor is suitable for automatic detection in metallurgical, machine tools, metal processing and other industries.
