Features
The electromagnetic diaphragm dosing pump is driven by magnetic force of the electromagnet, the diaphragm moves in a reciprocating way inside pump head by the pushing force of the electromagnetic push rod to make the diaphragm deflection displace for changing the pump cavity volume and pressure, then sucks and delivers various chemical liquids under the action of the pump inlet and outlet valves. It stands out for simple structure, low energy consumption, small flow rate, low pressure, accurate dosing, and easy manual or automatic control. The main components are fabricated by precision molding and CNC machining, the pump head and the part contacting the liquid are made of anti-corrosion materials or stainless steel, the electromagnetic diaphragm dosing pump is of pressed multi-layer composite structure. It is widely used in chemical, power plant, metallurgy, petroleum, metal, textile, papermaking, light, agriculture and other industries for dosing the production additives and chemicals metering occasions, etc.
