For the flexible jaw coupling (or coupling with elastic spider), the elastomeric element is set between two halves of identically shaped jaws to connect the two rotary shafts and transmit torque. It can tolerate higher torque and vibration, has a certain radial and angular compensation and the designed elastic deformation; can effectively absorb and buffer the shock load generated by abruptly changed torque.
