The linear rolling guide-way is a precision linear guide component, supports and guides the moving parts for linear reciprocating motion in a given direction. The main parts guide rail and slide are made of alloy steel, of which the contour is ground by the CNC grinding machine; with rolling friction between the slider and the guide rail, 45° contact angle for the rolling elements and grooves, thus could bear equal load forces. It stands for strong bearing capacity, good contact rigidity, high positioning accuracy, low friction resistance, high self-adjustment, good interchangeability and long life. It is widely used for industrial equipment, machine tools, precision instruments, automation devices, etc.
