The frame type hydraulic press is an alloy steel rail frame structure with strong resistance of deflecting load, good rigidity and high guiding accuracy. There are independent power mechanism and electrical control system. It adopts button centralized control, can realize adjustment, manual and semi-automatic operation modes. The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range can be adjusted according to process requirements, can achieve two processes of fixed process and fixed pressure. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high work efficiency, high degree of automation and easy maintenance. It is widely used in correcting, pressing process, and metal sheet drawing, blanking, flanging and other stamping forming processes.
