With high-energy, high-repetition frequency pulsed laser beam irradiation to preheat and strengthen the roll surface, the laser texturing equipment works for forming ordered or disordered tiny pits and boss pockmarks on the roll surface. It provides disorderly pockmark, pattern controllable and uniform texturing and is able to complete high repeatability visualized operation. In the cold rolling, the textured roll enables higher rolling speed, less strip surface scratching, better strip flatness and forming performance, improved strip brightness after coating, and it can also prevent sticking during strip annealing.
