Features
The incoming air first passes through the air filter, then flows to the pressure reducing valve for stabilization of the air source pressure, and then it runs to the mist lubricator and the lubricated mist is mixed with the compressed air for being conveyed to the pneumatic drive unit. It is with high pressure regulation accuracy, self-locking function, low fog flow, fine oil mist particles, no pressure drainage, modular and easy installation, etc. Pneumatic triplet is mainly composed of the mist lubricator, pressure reducing valve, air filter and fixed bracket. The valve body material is made of aluminum alloy. It is widely used in light industry, food packaging, industrial robots, plastics and rubber, chemical industry, petroleum, heavy industry, mining and other industries in the pneumatic transmission system.
