Features
The servo directional valve is a hydraulically piloted 2- or 3-stage valve for closed-loop control of force, position, pressure or velocity, which is composed of an electromechanical converter, a servo amplifier and a control valve spool. The stroke of the control valve spool and the flow rate of the servo valve are controlled in proportion to the electrical input signal; the pressure chamber on the control valve sleeve is designed with a gap seal, thus there is no seal ring wearing risk. It has the advantages of sound sensitivity, good rapidity, high dynamic characteristics, low hysteresis and zero drift. It is mainly used for pressure, flow or position control in hydraulic servo control systems.
