Features
The sink roll is made of heat-resistant stainless steel or high-temperature resistant alloy steel, and installed in the zinc pot of the galvanizing line. It is fabricated through the processes of vacuum melting, precision centrifugal casting and heat treatment, it features excellent corrosion resistance and molten zinc drenching resistance; its surface is designed with straight or spiral groove, which can make the molten zinc between the strip and roll surface discharged easily, offering good dross removal and anti-sticking performance. The roll excels with its strong high temperature resistance and wear resistance, good dimensional thermal stability, and sound cost efficiency, etc. It is mainly used in galvanizing, color coating and aluminum strip production lines, etc. for surface coating and anti-corrosion treatment.
