Features
The cylindrical gear reducer adopts spur or helical gear occlusion with hardened tooth flank, used for the situations of reducing speed and increasing torque with high speed shaft speed not greater than 1500rpm, gear peripheral speed not greater than 20m/s. It features large load bearing, stable operation, high drive efficiency, high precision, low noise and long service life. The gears are made of high quality alloy steel with carburizing, quenching, grinding process. Transmission ratio is finely graded. It is widely used in transmission devices of metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, cement, construction and other industries.
