Features
As a key component of discharger for discharging pellets produced by the pelletizing shaft furnace, the toothed roll is used to support, discharge pellets, rotate and crush the broken and sticky pellets. It mainly consists of roll mandrel, teeth, flange, roll neck, retaining ring and other parts; is made by composite welding, and constitutes a discharging device together with rocker arm, ratchet, bearing chock, rolling bearing, cooling water system, hydraulic system, etc. It features high temperature and wear resistance, water cooling cycle and long service life, etc. The roll mandrel is made of heat and wear-resistant alloy steel and thick-walled seamless pipes, and undergoes welding, heat treatment, hydrostatic leakage test, and machining. It is suitable for discharging the pellets from the pelletizing shaft furnace under different working conditions of sintering and pelletizing process of ironmaking facility.
