The rubber lined roll is composed of a hollow steel roll, and rubber lining layer which has certain elasticity and hardness. Under the action of rotary drive of rubber lined rolls, friction between processed products and roller surface is turned into push-pull force or tension. The rubber lining layer is made of chemical materials such as acid and alkali corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, with corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and good balance. According to the working conditions, it is used as pinch roll, squeezing roll, deflector roll, bridle roll, steering roll, printing roll, degreasing roll, coating roll and papermaking roll etc. They are widely used in printing, office automation, metallurgy, aluminum, wood, leather, paper, textile printing and dyeing industries.
