Features
A number of non-metallic elastic pins on the elastic sleeve pin coupling are located in the flange holes of the two half couplings to achieve the two half couplings connection and torque transfer. The elastic sleeve pin coupling adopts MC nylon or polyurethane material, it has the micro-compensation ability of two axis offset; the half couplings are made of 45# steel or ZG270~500. It stands out for simple structure, strong buffer and shock absorption, smooth operation, easy manufacture, convenient assembly and replacement, etc. It is used for occasions with low required medium speed and two coaxial drive shafts, environments without noise control.
