Hydraulic motor characteristics
Hydraulic motors also have one-way and two-way, quantitative and variable. Due to structural differences, different hydraulic motors have different basic characteristics and scope of application.
1. The gear motor has poor sealing performance, low volumetric efficiency, and the oil pressure should not be too high; however, its structure is simple and the price is cheap.
2. The motor is small in size, small in moment of inertia, and sensitive in action; but it also has low volumetric efficiency, soft mechanical properties, and unstable at low speeds. Therefore, it is suitable for occasions with medium speed and above, low torque, and frequent starting and reversing.
3. Axial piston motor has high volumetric efficiency, large speed range, and good low-speed stability; but its impact resistance is slightly poor. It is commonly used in a higher high pressure system.
4. Low-speed, high-torque radial piston motors have large displacement, large volume, and low speed. They do not require a gearbox and can be directly used to drive loads.
