The crowned and concave straightening rolls are the key components of the straightener that are used to straighten the metal for eliminating bending, twisting and deformation of the metal through the rotation and squeezing action of a pair of crowned and concave rolls or multiple pairs of concave rolls. The rolls are made of quality alloy forged steel with the roll surface treated through quenching, cryogenic cooling, tempering, precision grinding, etc. The rolls boost simple structure, high straightening accuracy and capacity, and excellent durability. They are widely used in 2-roll straightener /calendering machine, steel pipe straightener, cross roll straightener of metal machining, machinery manufacturing, aviation, automobile and construction industries for straightening the metal bars, pipes, wires & rods, etc.
