The straightening roll is an important part of the straightening machine. Used to straighten strip surface curving, edge wave, middle buckling, sickle bend and other defects, to obtain a good strip plate. Its main processing flow for forging blank, rough machining, conditioning, finishing, quenching treatment and grinding. The roll has high anti-bending and torsional strength, the surface of roll has good hardness and precision. As the depth of the quenching layer is deeper, the straightening roll can be repeatedly ground and reused. Mainly used in the production of cold rolling, hot rolling strip steel, medium thick plate straightening.
