Introduction of electro-hydraulic servo valve
Electro-hydraulic servo valve is an automatic control valve. It is an electro-hydraulic conversion component,also a power amplifier component. Its function is to convert low-power analog electrical signal input to change with the size and polarity of the electrical signal, and respond quickly high-power hydraulic energy [flow (or) and pressure] output, so as to realize the control of the displacement (or rotation speed), speed (or angular velocity), acceleration (or angular acceleration) and force (or torque) of the hydraulic actuator. Electro-hydraulic servo valves are usually composed of electrical-mechanical converters and hydraulic amplifiers.
There are two kinds of electrical-mechanical converters: the linear motion force motor, the rotary motion torque motor. The function is to convert the input control current signal into an output force or torque proportional to the current, and drive the linear displacement or rotation angle of the pilot valve through the elastic component. Generally, the input current of a force motor is 150~300mA, and the output force is 3~5N. The input current of the torque motor is 10~30mA, and the output torque is 0.02~0.06Nm. The electrical-mechanical converter used in the servo valve has two structures: moving coil and moving iron.
The hydraulic amplifier is to convert and amplify the weak electric signal into the hydraulic valve control electric signal, and interlock with the electrical-mechanical converter, have the functional action control of the hydraulic valve.
