Features
The machine is mainly used for cleaning and strengthening of easy hanging and workpiece (like gear) that should not collide. The workpieces are suspended in the air and rotated so that the shot blasting treatment can be obtained around the workpiece including the bottom surface, with high production efficiency, low equipment failure rate and high cost performance. The multiple varieties can be produced at the same time. The amount of shot blasted is adjustable. It is equipped with PLC control, suitable for surface or strengthening treatment of small and medium-sized casting and forging parts, steel structure parts in all kinds of machinery, automobile, rolling stock, ship and other industries.
