The workpiece to be processed is hung on a hook or hanger, and the hooks move back and forth reciprocally and rotate inside the shot blasting chamber, the shot blaster shoots the steel sand at high speed to fully clean the workpiece without dead Angle. The two hooks needn’t to change from one rail to another, the shot amount is adjustable, and the impeller head is directly connected to motor, which is of variable speed control. The suspension blasting machine is equipped with PLC control, cyclone and pulse bag filter for dedusting. It has the characteristics of compact structure, high production efficiency, good cleaning quality, safe and reliable work and smooth running. It is suitable for surface cleaning and strengthening of die castings, magnesium alloys, copper castings, precision stainless steel castings, etc.
