This external cylindrical grinding machines is used for grinding the outer circle and axial end faces of cylindrical and conical components. It has the advantages of flexible design, beautiful shape, high precision, strong rigidity, high grinding efficiency, easy operation, etc. The grinding wheel frame and worktable guide rail are lubricated by static pressure. The longitudinal movement of the work table can be driven by stepless hydraulic drive or by the hand wheel; and the horizontal movement of the abrasive wheel slide can achieve rapid feeding in/out and periodic feeding by the hydraulic mechanism, and can make micro-feeding operation by manual control. The workpiece, abrasive wheel, hydraulic pump and cooling device are driven by separate motors. The machine is suitable for grinding outer circle, inner holes, axial end surface of cylindrical and conical parts in mechanical industry, etc.
