This external cylindrical grinding machines is used for grinding external surface of cylindrical and conical rotation components. It adopts a two-axis CNC system to drive the movement of the abrasive wheel slide and the working table respectively. The longitudinal movement of the working table and the horizontal movement of the abrasive wheel slide are both driven by servo motor. It has the functions of automatic cutting into feed or cycle feed of grinding wheel, automatic shifting of working table, automatic measuring of workpiece size, automatic positioning of working axis, and automatic compensation of grinding wheel dressing and resetting. The machine is suitable for grinding the outer circle and end face of shaft parts in metallurgy, machinery and other industries.
