Features
The heavy duty encoder generates signals through photoelectric and magnetoresistive pulse scanning. Its specially designed die-cast aluminum alloy housing offer it higher rigidity, and it can prevent scratching problem thank to its unique gap design between the magnetic rotor/optical coded disc and the sensor, which is several times wider than that of the conventional encoder. In addition to the installed self-diagnostic system, it also stands out for its good rigidity, shockproof and vibration proof design, sound durability and reliability. The heavy duty encoder is widely used in heavy machinery of the sectors such as metallurgy, wind power, petroleum, port, mine and lifting, which work under heavy load, harsh environment and demanding speed measurement applications.
