Features
Constituted by abrasives and bonding resins, the cutting disc is used for cutting common steel, stainless steel and non-metal materials. It mainly divided into resin cutting disc and diamond cutting disc according to the material. The resin type is made of resin which is used as binder, glass fiber mesh which functions as the framework, and the abrasives, which are mostly the mixture of brown corundum, white corundum, zirconium corundum, ceramic corundum, silicon carbide, boron carbide, etc. It is mainly selected for the alloy steel and stainless steel sheets which are hard to be cut, and both the dry and wet cutting are possible. Made of diamond abrasives, binder (resin or metal) and matrix, the diamond cutting disc is good self-sharpening and its binder is elastic; it can be used for cutting very hard and brittle materials, such as stone, ceramics, and concrete, etc. The cutting disc features sharp cutting, stable cutting accuracy, high efficiency, convenient and durable, good cutting quality, and it will not cause burning on the workpieces. It is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, chemical industries for cutting and blanking the common steel, stainless steel and non-metal materials.
