Its high machining accuracy improves the roughness of the workpiece surface; its low heat productivity and little possibility of blockage reduce the phenomenon of workpiece burning during grinding, such as diamond grinding wheels, grinding roll grinding wheels, flexible grinding wheels. It is used in metallurgy, machinery, mold, semiconductor and glass industries for machining outer circle, inner circle, plane and various types of contours (profiles) of highly hard, brittle and metal material workpieces of cemented carbide, glass, ceramics, semiconductors and stone.
