The roll texturing shot blasting machine is used for highly quality texturing treatment of the ground roll surface. Featuring easy but safe operation, the machine has reliable and efficient performance, filling the shots and shots circulation are screened by three-basket four-layer sorting rotary vibrating screen. The shot particle size is uniform and the shot blasting speed and the roll rotation speed are adjustable; the size and amount of blasting shot get accurately controlled; the drum-type dust remover is equipped to achieve pollution-free of workshop environment; the electricity is controlled by PLC. It is suitable for roughing and texturing the roll surface in metallurgical rolling mill and skin-pass mill.
