The electrostatic oiler atomizes liquid oil, such as rolling oil, anti-rust oil or stamping oil, and makes it absorbed on the metal strip running at high speed to form a thin oil film. It consists of closed oil chamber, upper and lower knife beam, high pressure system, oil supply device and oil tank. It features uniform oil application, reliable performance, oil saving, and environment friendly. The amount of oil applied is interlocked with the production speed, and can be adjusted and controlled continuously. It is applicable for metal surface oiling of parts and strip, etc. It widely used for pickling, rolling mill, rewinding, tension leveling, skin passing, tin plating, aluminum foil plate and other production lines.
