Features
The closed loop stepper driver integrates servo control technology in digitally controlled stepping drive, and adopts three-loop control strategy (position loop, speed loop and current loop), thus it has the advantages of both stepping and servo functions: step loss-free, accurate positioning, low vibration and stable operation at low speed. The built-in acceleration/deceleration control function improves smoothness of start and stop operation, and it is compatible with 1000-line and 2500-line encoders. The closed loop stepper driver is designed with phase loss, over-current, over-voltage and over-tolerance protections, and is applicable for various automation equipment instruments with large torque requirements, such as engraving machine, cutting machine, marking machine, plotter, CNC machine tools, etc.
