Features
The plate heat exchanger composed by a set of metal sheets with four punched holes under design requirements and the heat is exchanged through plates. It features high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact structure, less area occupation, easy installation and cleaning and safe and reliable use. The heat transfer elements are constituted by the several laminated corrugated sheets with flat rectangular pass formed between the sheets. The heat exchange area or flow length can be increased or decreased by changing the number of sheets. Sheets are independent units, can increase or decrease the number of sheets to change the heat transfer area or flow length according to the needs. It is suitable for different working conditions. This type of heat exchanger is widely used for liquid-liquid and liquid-steam heat exchange equipment in machinery, metallurgy, HVAC and other industries.
