Features
The plate heat exchanger elements are constituted by the several laminated corrugated sheets molded by the thin metal plates, with flat rectangular pass formed between the sheets, the heat exchanges through plates. They feature high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact structure, less area occupation, convenient maintenance and long service life, etc. The heat exchange area or flow length can be changed by increasing or decreasing the number of sheets. The plate channel is double sealed, and the corrugated discharge channel forms a breathable safe area, which can avoid the collusion of the two media. This type of heat exchanger is widely used for liquid-liquid and liquid-steam heat exchange in different working conditions.
