Features
It is a high-precision and efficient lathe, and equipped with head stock where are installed precision spindle unit. Its main motor is AC stepless variable speed servo motor which can ensure high precision and heavy-duty machining. The high-precision ball screw of the feed system is directly connected to the servo motor. Rectangular hard rail or heavy-duty linear guide rail is adopted together with ball screw bearing to provide high rigidity for the lathe and to support high-speed and high-precision cutting. The CNC lathe has the advantages of high precision and efficiency, fast dynamic response, stable running, high processing efficiency, easy programming and operation, and sound process adaptability. It is mainly used for machining inner and outer circular surfaces and conical surfaces, rotary forming surfaces and threads of shafts, sleeves or disc parts, for grooving, drilling, borehole enlargement, reaming and boring, and especially for multi-variety, small and medium batch processing applications.
