Features
This CNC lathe is equipped with PLC system. It adopts the integral bed, rigid guide rail surface, and plastic lining on the sliding surface. It is capable of heavy duty machining. The feed system is installed with high-precision lead screw and is controlled by servo motor. All the running shafts respond to the control signals very quickly. The rigid and efficient lathe is characterized by high machining precision and quality, stable performance and high process adaptability, and it is easy in programming, operation and maintenance, etc. Its applications are popularly seen in different industries to machine various shafts, sleeves and discs of complex profile, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces. The machine is also widely used for drilling, reaming and threading, etc., and is especially suitable for multi-variety, small and medium batch of machining application.
