Tubular heat exchanger

•  A device of cold and hot fluid heat exchange with wall of tube bundle in the shell as heat transfer surface.

•  Heat difference compensation device used to overcome difference stress between the tube wall and shell wall.

•  Simple structure, large processing ability, strong adaptability, flexible operation.

•  For high temperature and pressure or need for large-sized heat exchangers in chemical and petroleum industry.

Features
It is of wall type heat exchange with wall surface of the tube bundle enclosed in the shell as the heat transfer surface. The tube bundles are fixed on both sides of the tube plates, and perpendicular to the baffle plates of the tube bundles, and the tube plates are welded on both sides of the shell. The temperature difference compensation device can be used to overcome the temperature difference stress between the tube wall and the shell wall when the temperature difference between the tube bundle and the shell is large. The exchanger features simple structure, high reliability, strong adaptability, large processing capacity and large flow area, etc. There are different varieties of such heat exchangers: fixed tube plate heat exchangers, floating head heat exchangers, U-tube heat exchangers, stuffing box heat exchangers and eddy current hot film heat exchangers, etc. Tubular heat exchanger is widely used for the material heating and cooling in chemical, oil, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, machinery, food and other industries.
